This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tammy, the 'Witch' costume creator:
I bought two stuffed toys from goodwill cut up the back of them took the stuffing out... cut the face out and back feet off so the dogs front feet go in there...put Velcro on the costume and her harness to keep in place.
