This store bought costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffany, the 'Witch' costume creator:
This is Tristani as a witch. She is 5 years old. This was her idea. I purchased the hat and dress from a lady from a swap n shop site. For $8 the costume also includes a long sleeve shirt, tights and dress shoes that Tristani already had in her closet
