This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cindy, the 'Witch Cat' costume creator:
Noelle just turned 1. She loves to dress up and have her picture taken or go shopping with me. She is a rescue cat, very smart, and so much fun! I made her costume from finds from the pet stores to the craft stores.
