This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Witchy Mother-in-Law' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume ( materials provided by my son-in-law Joe, hat is gift from my daughter Carmen, make-up by me, dress and shawl by Carmen. I worked their haunted backyard. Cauldren by Carmen, brook by Joe. Grey witch wig, spooky spider netting for shawl; the bug on nose is attached to veil of hat.
