This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carrie, the 'Witchy Poo from H. R. Puffnstuf' costume creator:
These are my daughters, Eva and Emily. Eva my oldest (6) said she wanted to be Witchy Poo from the television classic H.R. Pufnstuf so my husband pieced this costume together complete with a nose and chin appliance. Her three year old sister thankfully chose a costume that worked well with her sisters.
