This homemade costume for pets entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Harley, the 'Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
We knew we wanted Ralph (our tan Pomeranian) to be a lion, so we went from there... we got his mane and bam he’s the “cowardly lion”. My husband is the scarecrow, I was dorthy, and Ralph’s brother (other Pomeranian) is the tin man :) it worked out great because we really are four best friends on a long journey (of life) together!
