This homemade costume for couples entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michelle, the 'Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
I (Michelle )am dressed as Dorothy and my friend Heather is dressed as the Wicked Witch. Every year we choose something we can do as a look alike and then re-enact a scene from the movie or show.
