Wizard of Oz Costume

My entire family dressed up as characters from the Wizard of Oz. The idea came from my mother-in-law’s name, Glenda. It was a spur of the moment idea but it came together wonderfully. We used old clothing from around the house, costumes from thrift stores, and even hand sewed items like the monkeys’ jackets to create this moment. We made costumes for Glenda the Good Witch, the Wicked Witch of the East, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, the Cowardly Lion, Dorothy, Flying Monkeys, a Munchkin, and Toto!
