This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brenda, the 'Wizard' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I saw a cool looking mask in spirit hallowern and got creative with the rest. I made my on staff. I purchased a small ball, glow sticks and attatched it to the staff. P.s the staff is a a tree branch, yes, I went out to the woods and looked for one hehe. I also bought a whitch hat to make it look like a wizard, somewhat like Gandalf from the hobbit.
