Wonder Woman Costume

My daughter is wearing a Wonder Woman costume, made by me. The bodice is made using woven cotton on the front and knit on the back. I used knit fabric for the eagle, freehanding the shape. I also used a knit fabric for the bottoms. I used in-r-form and metal bracelets, covered with knit, for the arm bands. I used in-r-form and cotton fabric for the boot covers. I made the crown with a plastic form covered with cotton batting. The cape is made with lining polyester, with French seams and star buttons. The lasso of truth is a gold rope from the trim section of the craft store. With coupons and sales, I created this costume with about $40.00
