This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Maureen, the 'Wonder Woman' costume creator:
I bought the costume but it’s too plain. So I decided to add all the rhinestones I can put in my outfit. I also change the cuffs to rhinestones and the rope to a gold chain.
