This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Hailey, the 'Woodland Owl' costume creator:
My 20 month old daughter and her favorite stuffed animal Milkshake the Cow on her second Halloween. I saw a DIY costume very similar on Pinterest. I changed the instructions a little bit to make it my own. It is made completely of felt, from the hats to the cape/wings. She loved it and so did everyone else. We have a trunk or treat at our church so our car was decorated in woodland animals I made from cardboard.
