This homemade costume for boys entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Woody and Bullseye' costume creator:
Colt is dressed up as Woody. He is two years old and carried his horse, “Bullseye,” around with him everywhere. We wanted to include Bullseye in his costume this year. So I created a DIY Woody outfit after looking everywhere, only to find out the stores were sold out. Colt loved it!
