This homemade costume for men entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rashad, the 'Zombie Scarecrow' costume creator:
I wanted to try to be the scarecrow from the Wiz, but I let my wife do the makeup, and that was the end to that. So she went to town, and this was the finished result!!!
