This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Savannah, the 'Zombie' costume creator:
I bought a plain black dress and splattered it with baby powder. For the make up I used light powder and lots of black eyeliner, along with some grey eyeshadow. I also used fake blood on my legs and arms and around my neck.
