This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tanya, the 'Zombie' costume creator:
I decided last minute that I wanted to wear a different costume other than the one I had purchased, but I didn't want to spend a fortune on a new outfit. I used face paint and just guessed at how a zombie face should look! Then I took an old, stained white t-shirt, ripped it up and sprayed red dye all over it to make it look like blood. The entire outfit cost me $5! But the fun of creeping people out lasted all night! The creepy atmosphere in the Washington Metro made this picture perfectly terrifying!
