This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lisa, the 'Anglerfish' costume creator:
All materials for my costume came from the dollar store or resale store. I start planning my costumes early and my inspiration was the dress. I like to be scary and the dress reminded me of a fish. Scary fish=Anglerfish. I started with a sketch and just looked for materials to piece it together.
