This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karen, the 'Ariel the Mermaid' costume creator:
my granddaughter....in love with Ariel...her fins were padded and laced with jewels....she had on a flesh colored leotard and a sewn on top over it....a red wig topped it off...she loved it
