This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Matthew, the 'Baymax' costume creator:
I am in the Baymax costume. The idea came from my kids! They love Bog Hero 6.
The majority of the costume is EVA foam, hot glue, and nylon strapping. I found a 3d rendered model online and used that in Pepakura to unfold a pattern out.
The left hand also has triggers inside to play audio files from the movie!
I have fist bumped a lot of kids and adults!!
