This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Little Mermaid' costume creator:
My daughter was obsessed with Ariel and the Little Mermaid. Having red hair herself, we decided that we would make a little mermaid costume for Halloween. Fabric bought from Jo-ann's, I made her tail. We used a leotard to cover her body and shells to look like a shell bikini top.
