This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelsey, the 'Minnie Mouse' costume creator:
Instead of buying the typical red polka dot dress from a costume store I tried to go more for the original Minnie look. I made my hair into a bow and sprayed it with red hair color, applied fake lashes, and use face paint to give myself that classic Disney mouse "widow's peak", white face, and rosy cheeks. I really enjoyed making my own costume!
