This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stacy, the 'Cat in the Hat with the Things' costume creator:
I am wearing the Cat in the hat tutu dress. My daughter and dog are wearing the Thing costumes. Curtis, Thing 3, is wearing a long sleeve red shirt with the patch pinned on the back. His tutu is made from a waist band of my daughters shorts from when she was 3. I took 2 different ribbons and cut pieces to tie around waistband. The his headband is made from a headband of mine with a Swiffer dusting pad attached and sprayed with hair paint.
