This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dena, the 'Chia Pet' costume creator:
I made Toula's costume this year. I used a sweater of hers and hot glued fake tree bush to it, and then bought orange baby socks and cut the feet off. I found the idea on Pinterest. I really was happy with how it turned out!!
