This homemade costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Monica, the 'Cindy Lou and the Grinch' costume creator:
My kids absolutely love "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" so my mother decided to make costumes, she glued cotton balls on the dress and created the Grinch's gloves . I got so many wonderful comments from my kids Costumes. they were a hit.
