This homemade costume for kids entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

This is my son Jake and my niece Samantha. They love the movie The Grinch and we were saying how Samantha would make a cute Cindy Lou Who. We just used things we found at the thrift shops and makeup...very easy costumes!
