This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brooke, the 'Cindy Lou Who' costume creator:
my daughter Kelsey who is 6 is wearing a cindy lou who costume! we tried to think of something to do involving all her hair since its so long!! and the Grinch is of course a classic in our family! i bought the dress and coat and made her red cape and all the hair is real!!!
