This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Cookies & Milk' costume creator:
I made my 1 year old twins cookies & milk costumes. Remy is a chocolate chip cookie made from felt and super glue. Royal is a box of milk also made from felt and super glue, I also used a paper towel roll for the straw and printing out the nutritional facts on card stock. I got the idea from on Edsee website, they were very expensive and I think mine turned out even better!
