This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tracy, the 'Milk and Cookies' costume creator:
This was a simple costume that was comfortable to wear for my 4 year old. It only needed a cardboard rim, pillow case and some foam letters for the front. And we found a cookie balloon. It was a big hit. I had never seen a costume which incorporated a mylar balloon with it, so it was just unique and fun!
