This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

14 month old Cooper has a Pinterest inspired, mom made, Oompla Loompa costume.
Turtle neck and white pants were purchased at Carter's. Turtle neck was found in the girls section. White & Red electrical tape was used for the stripes, Ribbon for the suspenders & buttons were from Hobby Lobby, all were taped on.
