Oscar the Grouch Costume

This is my 9 month old "oscar", this is his first Halloween. Since his name is "oscar" we thought this was the perfect idea! We wanted something unique. This was the only oscar the grouch I saw on the street! The costume was made by a friend. About $20 for the materials (fabric, snaps, elastic, and 2 ping pong balls) and charged $15 to make it. I decorated the plastic trash can for about $10 (spraypaint, paper, thin rope, and markers). Costing me a total of about $45.
