This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shelby, the 'Scuba Diver' costume creator:
My 9 month old son Reef is wearing a scuba diver custome! Both my husband and I our scuba divers and love the ocean so I looked on Pinterest and found a great idea to make a homemade scuba out if it for my son! We used black onesie and leggings, 1 liter bottle for dive tank and Velcroed it to shirt, felt for fins and dive tank! We had so much fun as family making his custome!
