Boy's Edward Scissorhands Costume

My son Patrick is wearing this costume. It was pretty easy bought cheap pleather material took a pair of his pajama bottoms and used them as a template. Used big sewing needle and thick white string and stitched the pieces together inside out and the just turned them right side in and perfect. Put baby powder on his legs before so it would slide on better. I went to thrift stores asked friends etc for black and silver or chain belts and cut them and hot glued them on pleather. The scissors are silver spray painted plastic knives taped with electrical tape on gloves. Used one belt around neck. Had so much fun with this costume.
