This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
My daughter Kielyn is the Mad Hatter. I made the costume head to toe (except for socks and shoes). That is her real hair also, not a wig. We took Johnny Depp's character and replicated it.
