This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Nikki, the 'Peacock' costume creator:

My 6 year old wanted to be a peacock this year. I found this idea on YouTube and made some modifications. She can raise and lower all 163 feathers with the help of fishing line.

Hi Nikki! I absolutely love your costume! I went to the Etsy shop to purchase the how to but it says sold out. Is there any chance I could purchase the instructions from you? My daughter has to have a tail that she is able to raise and lower.
