This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Vincent, the 'Buzz Lightyear' costume creator:

This is a costume I constructed for visiting children in the hospital along with other Disney characters. It is made from EVA foam mats that were heated, shaped, glued and painted.
