This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bryan, the 'Buzz Lightyear' costume creator:
Buzz Lightyear is a costume that I have always wanted to make for myself. It was a lot of work, but worth it in the end. The armor pieces were made primarily of foam. The foam mats can be found at Home Depot or Walmart, and I made most of it from one large roll. I also needed to get smaller craft foam, for details, from JoAnn's and Hobby Lobby.
