This homemade costume for men entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tristan, the 'Buzz Lightyear' costume creator:
My mom throws an annual Halloween party, and each year is a different theme. This year happened to be Disney. So with a lot of thought I came up with Buzz Lightyear. Accompanied by my girlfriend as Jessie (respectively).
The costume is made up entirely of EVA foam and craft foam sheets. In addition, paint and led lights.
The whole costume is handmade by myself from head to toe. I used snap fasteners to secure the leg and arm pieces and the chest/jet pack piece is worn like a vest. I had so much fun making this costume, hope you enjoy!
