This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carrie, the 'Rocket Dog' costume creator:
This is Mazie's Halloween costume. I found the idea online - intended for a child but I adapted it for Mazie. Easy, peasy -- materials: 2 empty soda bottles, silver spray paint, duct tape, red and yellow tissue paper for flames. We have a neighborhood Halloween party and costume parade every year, and the local kids start asking me in September what Mazie's costume will be...she has a different one every year.
