This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Glory, the 'Medusa' costume creator:
I found this dress at a local thrift store and decided it would be perfect for my medusa costume. I altered it by cutting it up and adding gold ribbon and black lace wings. I also painted my face and added sequins. I was an art major in college and I use Halloween as another way to express myself.
