This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christina, the 'Cotton Candy Girl' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I wanted to do something different so I thought it would be fun to make a costume of Cotton Candy. I made EVERYTHING. the wig is made from pillow stuffing the tutu from toule and I individually glued candy buttons all over the shirt as well as on the side of my face. Not that you can tell from the picture but I even had cotton candy perfume on... Yum!!!
