This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kendra, the 'Cruella Deville' costume creator:
I have always bought store bought costumes. So this year I decided to get a little creative. I had Cruella's shaw hand made. And the rest of the pieces I had just bought from random places. My daughters were defiantly a hit everywhere they went! :)
