This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Joseph, the 'Fallout 3 Power Armor' costume creator:
My Son is 14 he loves the game fallout 3. We started with a clone trooper helmet that we already had everything else including the plasma rifle is completely sculpted out of foam Mats and various hardware from home depot without any patterns or guides only used a photo of the armor from the game as inspiration. I would estimate the cost of the costume to be around $200
