This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sherri, the 'Flying Genie' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I had seen something on line. I wanted to make my own. I bought all my material from hobby lobby. I started making the end of August. I just took my time. The bottom part of the costume is stuffed with tissue papers due is sitting on cardboard . I really enjoyed making this was so much fun. It was a first place winner at a night club.
