Fortnite Beef Boss Costume

This is my 11-year-old son, Keegan. He really wanted to be the skin Beef Boss from the popular video game, Fortnite.
His "Durr Burger" head is made from a styrofoam half-ball, and some styrofoam wreaths. It's all covered in felt, and the eyes are just a styrofoam ball cut in half. The tongue is made from a foam sheet. We were lucky enough to find orange pants at the thrift store, and then bought an orange t-shirt, cut it up and put it overtop the blue button-up shirt. The sesame seeds are made from felt and hot-glued all over the clothing. His spatula is made from cardboard and attached to a plastic hockey stick, then spray painted silver.
