This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Danielle, the 'Girl Maui' costume creator:
My 3.5 year old daughter wanted to be Maui from the Disney movie Moana. I made her skirt out of leaves cut out of felt and a piece of rope/twine for the waist band. Tooth necklace is also made from felt on twine. I bought a nude colored leotard and drew Maui’s tattoos on it. We bought the fish hook from a toy store to finish the look.
