This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

We dressed our 3 year old twins up as Harry and Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber. We also wrapped our wagon in carpet and decorated it to look like the Mutt Cutt wagon from the movie!
