This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Megan, the 'Headless Man' costume creator:
This is my daughter's costume this year. We used an old backpack, pvc pipe, clothes hanger, duct tape and foam insulation like a noodle. We got the trench coat from Goodwill and the jar is a large cheese ball container.
