Hot Air Balloon Pilot Costume

My 6 yr old son is a hot air balloon pilot. We got the jacket and the hat off of eBay and the eye wear from a store called Hastings they were Harry Potter line. We took an apple basket and cut the bottom out and stained the wood to look aged than lined it with felt and covered leather type material to the inside and rim. Got burlap bags from Walmart craft section and filled them with paper bags. Than made straps and stapled them to the inside. We than got a floral wreath and covered it in the same leather( do not do this) duh it weighed the ring down and didn't hold it up. I than order 36 inch balloon from ebay along with the net. It got best overall.
