This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Daun, the 'IT Georgie' costume creator:
Cute take on a Classic. Simpke yellow rain jacket, rain boots and a red balloon and you have Georgie. Attached cardboard to a toy ice cream cart, painted and added lights for effect. Transformed a muppet into Pennywise with a hand-painted mask, a tutu and white gloves stuffed with tissue paper.
