This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lori, the 'Little Mermaid' costume creator:
This is my first grandchild, Rylee Renee Telles. She is 5 mos old and this is her first Halloween. After her mom, Kelli, envisioned Rylee as a mermaid for Halloween, we set out to have her costume homemade. Her costume is adorned with a starfish headband and bracelet and a long strand of pearls.
